During the week, we had a BKK Thai take away menu delivered to our door. We ordered the take away. Two dishes cost £18.90. Picked it up, the Chicken 'Gai Yang' dish descript with stir fired vegetable, but no vegetable was given to us... so we called the restaurant. The lady told us that as we ordered the take away, no vegetable is provided. Then I don't understand, does it mean if you are eating in, you will get the vegetable that is promised in the Menu? So I asked if I eat in, what I will get. The BKK lady told me that it will just be a bit of fried onion. Then I suggested maybe they ought to change their menu if they don't provide what is stated on the menu. She hanged up... I could not believe it... I called back, and asked why she hanged up my phone. She said it was cut off by something but not her... It was a landline to landline phone call; I don't believe it was cut off by other things than her... Over all, we were not very happy with lack of customer service and a part of the dish was missing from what they promised on the menu. But after we had the food. It was very tasty. It's your call everyone.

Among the best restaurants in Ely, the Thai cuisine in BKK is mouthwatering and it is a pleasure to dine in the place. While some establishments in the town specialise in budget priced buffets, BKK's real strength is the quality of its food and that why people keep coming back.
A traditional Thai restaurant on St Mary’s Street, BKK are extremely popular and even offer a takeaway service open 7 days a week. They provide an authentic and well priced menu from starters and set menu’s to an assortment of curried, fried and fish dishes that can be checked online before choosing.
