Traditional and fine cuisine
Beautiful, traditional restaurant/pub (but mainly restaurant) that serves some really good food. It's all quite traditional and focused on nice ingredients and good quality meat rather than fancy cuisine. Very good beef, and some well kept beers to wash it all down with.

Traditional charm
The Merry Monk in the Cambridgeshire Fens is a 17th century pub, the low ceilings, exposed beams and inglenook fireplaces all add to the traditional charm of The Merry Monk. Similarly the traditional English and French dishes are generous portions at very good prices.
