Bodymode's Pilates classes are mat based and are performed in a mixed group environment. They have been designed using the original Pilates principles to improve posture, flexibility, build up core, upper and lower body strength and help gain a greater awareness of body and mind.
Classes are taught by Michelle Allen, who is a REPS Certified Level 3 Pilates and Pre/PostNatal Exercise teacher.
Improvers class Monday's
6.45pm - 7.40pm at The Glebe Hall, Sutton
Beginners class Monday 's
7.50pm - 8.45pm (ideal for Post Natal and clients with bad backs and other injuries)
£6 per session (discounts given for block bookings)
