Green-fingered volunteers are wanted to help prepare Ely's Jubilee Gardens for the winter. In order for the area to be in tip top condition for the spring, plants need to be tidied up, weeds removed and bulbs planted. Volunteers are invited to come and help the Friends Of Jubilee Gardens on either Tuesday October 25 or Tuesday November 10 from 9.30am. Volunteers are asked if they can bring along gloves, trowels and a small saw if they have one.
